BREAKING: 10th Circuit puts Colorado’s marriage case on hold
September 18, 2014 — Today the Denver-based 10th Circuit Court of Appeals granted Attorney General Suthers’ request to put the federal case challenging Colorado’s marriage ban on hold, pending action from the U.S. Supreme Court in Utah and Oklahoma’s cases.
